Property was spacious, clean , amazing views and great location for walking to restaurants/shopping. We are family of 5 and the space gave us some privacy. Location was wonderful yet quiet. We loved it! Easy to check in/out. Highly recommend.

Property was large enough for 2 families in a quiet section of Venice. Canal views were a plus. Only negative was that the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs. Full kitchen was awesome!

It had real Venecian charm. Historic location with a great view of two channels. Shopping food and everthing is close. Quiet neihborhood and residents. Great for families and extended stay as all amenities were included. Great place to beat the heat with AC in the living spaces. Only draw backs were number of towels for a large family and two of the three bathrooms had poor pressure with some mold visible at the edges. Loved using the washer dryer in the unit. I would stay here again.

This apartment is huge. Sleeps 8 to 10 people. The condition is a bit dated. There are lots of steps to walk up to the apartment. Not all the interior door knobs work. Laundry machines are very convenient. The apartment is close to Main Street with lots of restaurants and it’s also close to a supermarket. Overall, good for 2 nights.

It was an amazing apartment with beautiful views. Very close to everything. The only cons: no kettle so we had to make a cuppa in the microwave. The stairs up to the apartment were very steep and lots of them so you must be fit. the entrance is not great and needs some TLC but apartment made up for it.

The condition of the property and the location are very good, but the service was very poor We arrived around 20:30 and tried to communicate with the host but no one answered us until 9:45 of the next morning. 2 beds were not made. it is written that there is luggage storage, but actually there isn't, because they said to Leave the luggage outside the apartment door and this is not reasonable to leave our luggage where anyone can take it. Before arrival they said that there is a laundry soap in the apartment but when we arrived they said that the soap is not included.

Struttura situata al centro tra la stazione ferroviaria e piazza san marco, raggiungibili entrambi i posti in 10minuti a piedi. Appartamento al terzo piano pulito e dotato di ogni confort. In ogni stanza è presente un bagno con la doccia,quindi i bagni in totale sono 4 e non due. Ampio salotto con vista meravigliosa sul canale.

My wife and I, along with our three children (young teens) just stayed here and we were really happy that we did so. The apartment was huge. (Three bedrooms that had queen-sized beds, a fourth bed that had two twin beds, and a large living room that had a sectional couch that could sleep two more people if needed. I'll note that one of the bedrooms was a loft that went directly up from one of the other bedrooms. There were also three bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining area with a large table. The apartment has a washer and dryer too.) Everything was clean when we arrived. The wifi worked great (even my children were pleased with it). The apartment has air conditioning which was nice since the temperatures when we stayed in late July were in the 90s. The location is also great. It is about a two minute walk from the Ca' D'Oro vaporetto stop. The view from the living room windows (which have two very small balconies) was amazing. The Rio di San Felice runs in front of the apartment and you can look down it all the way to the Grand Canal (which you can just barely see to the right). To the left you can see the Ponte Chiodo. Directly in front of the windows is the riello de Santa Sofia. The views of these canals is amazing. The location is also nice because it is quiet, but also pretty close to everything. (Also nice is that there is a Coop grocery store just down the street.) If we ever come back to Venice, we will try to stay here again.
