A perfect getaway

Wonderful stay in Venice! The apartment was awesome and we would highly recommend it. Great communication prior to arrival and throughout our stay. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping and site seeing all nearby. We love this place!

Extraordinary rental for our family of four! Perfect, central location in Venice, optional additional services provided like arranging private water taxi from airport to central Venice (very highly recommend), extremely hospitable and accessible staff (thank you Luca!) and canal views with a perfectly modernized apartment with all amenities (hot water pot, coffee, fridge). The pictures don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! It is so cute with a view right on a canal. It was very centrally located, close to Rialto bridge, so everything we wanted to do was walkable. Highly recommend!

Fabulous property. Great location.

Loved it. 2 bedrooms with excellent beds. Large main room with good European style kitchen. Bathroom was delightful, with extra large bath & shower. Our apartment was on the water level and we had gondolas leisurely sliding by outside our windows singing Italian songs! Charming. Hosts communication was superb. They obviously deal with guest with high standards.Great stay.

Great apartment

The apartment is pretty small but worked great for our family. The location was outstanding - just a few minutes walk from Rialto and San Marco. The check-in process was very smooth. The management company booked our water taxi to and from the airport. Someone met us where the taxi dropped us off and even helped us with our luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location - quiet and with direct views to a canal on the "gondola route". Centrally situated for short walks to Rialto, St Marks, and all water transport stops. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for our stay. No complaints. We were there in early November and tho the outside temps were getting chilly it was wonderful to return to the warm and cozy apartment. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

What an exceptional stay!

The apartment was a new experience for me as it was right at the water level. It was fabulous watching the taxis go by, and, due to Vogalonga, the Kanus or Kajaks! A completely new experience of Venice! The quality of the refurbishment was very elegant and tasteful, without destroying the old character of the house. Being right at the Centre (in June!) it never felt noisy. Besides the team was always incredibly supportive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay! Nothing :)

Great location to vaporetto stops, shops and many of the city's highlights. Nice design insideand view out to canal is amazing! Great assistance from office staff about what to see and do and best places to eat. Maybe a second key would be helpful as my friend and I sometimes did different things each day which meant we had to coordinate to come back at the same time to enter apartment.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is beautiful. It is clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The location is fantastic- only a few minutes walk to Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s and the Accademia Bridge but in a quiet alley off the main squares. There is some noise when people are in the apartment overhead but it did not bother us. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic

Communication from property manager was excellent all the way through a personal meeting for arrival. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is bigger and more attractive than the pictures. New, stylish, and clean. Great location with views of side canal. Some of the early service boats make noise at 6 am on weekdays so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall great. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern suite / Great location

This suite is so cute and has a modern/luxurious feel. It has hotel like linens and a remodeled bathroom. The views from the bedrooms are both on the canal and beautiful. It was easy to get from the train station to the suite and the staff was very communicative and gave us so much information about how to navigate there with the public water taxi. You do have to cross a small bridge if you walk from the taxi boat station which was a bit difficult with our large luggage, but manageable. This property and staff were a 10/10.

Fantastic stay in a 500 year old build with all the mode conveniences.

My son and I rented this amazing property for 2 nights. We were so thrilled when the property manager opened up the door to the apartment seeing the beautiful Terrazzo floors, clean and inviting, the location was perfect and the views from both bedrooms overlooking the canal were great. No musty smell! We had everything that we needed and wanted and even some that we didn’t know we did. The check-in procedure was super easy and really appreciated the Manager meeting us at Renalto water bus stop. The property manager helped to arrange for a cooking class as well as a special Marino glass demonstration. It was absolutely perfect. I would not hesitate to rent this place again and highly recommend it.

An amazing stay!

The view was incredible! Marco was so nice, and I so appreciated being picked up at the water bus area. I appreciated the store help as well. Loved being able to do laundry!, Fridge was perfect! Wonderful wonderful stay! Unfortunately Your apt ruined our other stays because nothing else has hit that standard yet! :) There was gum stuck to the floor in the kitchen and dishes in the dishwasher. That didn’t speak too high of the cleanliness. But, otherwise I thought it was very very very clean. Things to add for bonus points: More than one bath towel per person. Stock fridge with 1-2 bottles of water for long day travelers. One more dryer, or a place to hang clothes to dry. Also, maybe a few paper napkins or a roll of paper towels.
