I've stayed in Venice quite a few times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The area is lovely where visitors mix with locals and enjoy very good food. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is excellent, considering it's size, and the ladies who look after it are welcoming. Best of all about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful especially all the reception staff. Mustafa was a breath of fresh air and extremely helpful with our planning to visit the islands. I'd wholehearted recommend this hotel and when I return I will stay there again.

Marked this down as two for staff because the lady who serves breakfast is really angry and hostile. She made us feel very uncomfortable on both occasions we went for breakfast. Otherwise the rest of the staff are brilliant. Really friendly and helpful reception staff and housekeeping.

Amazing family hotel. Very clean and everyone was super nice. Breakfast also excellent. Location is really good only 10-15 minutes walking to the main attraction. We really enjoyed staying there.

Everything was excellent, especially Mustafa, the person who is in charge of the customer service. He guided and supported us every single day. The breakfast and the person in charge was very kind and helpful, too. These people, along with the person who does the cleaning were phenomenal. Thanks Mustafa for everything you did for my family. They give us all the way on 3 floor there is no elevator to bring your luggage to 3 floor. When I ask the someone to help us to bring the luggage down stair they don’t have any help to bring it down. I request for 1 floor they say no don’t have other rooms. And I see the lots of room was empty.

Very nice renovated home like hotel. Very close to all the most importance landmarks in Venice. Walking distance to the port. Very nice staff. The front desk manager and the night staff Mustafa were all very nice. The have a special policy to make you feel safe to stay in the town.

Could not fault anything about the place. Immaculately clean, especially the en suite. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. They literally could not be kinder. Breakfast was excellent, even catered to our gluten free needs. Even after check out, held our bags for as long as we needed. We would highly recommend.
