El balcon que da al canal muy bien cuidado y bonita vista. La habitacion grande, pero el mal olor que salia del bano, se sentia en toda la habitacion. No hay ascensor ni nadie q te pueda ayudar a subir las maletas, pues las escaleras son muy empinadas, para las personas de mas de 70.

Nice place in a fantastic location. Our room had a terrace facing the Grand Canal. Only complaint is the bathroom and shower was very small (but what do you expect from buildings that are hundreds of years old). Would definitely stay there again.

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la propreté, le fait qu’il soit très central et qu’il offre une très belle vue. Cependant, arriver à l’adresse de l’hôtel et se rendre compte que la réception se trouve dans un autre hôtel (même s’il est à 4 minutes) est assez décourageant, I really liked the hotel’s location, the cleanliness, the fact that it is very central, and the great view. However, arriving at the hotel’s location and realizing that the reception is in another hotel (even if it’s only a 4-minute walk away) is quite discouraging Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, la limpieza, que sea muy céntrico y que tenga una muy buena vista. Sin embargo, llegar a la ubicación del hotel y darte cuenta de que la recepción está en otro hotel (aunque esté a solo 4 minutos) es algo bastante desalentador.

Overall, a good place to stay in Venice. It is very close to St. Mark's square and other tourist spots and walkable to all key locations. The Office to collect the Keys is at a different location nearby and you will not have a reception at the Lion Morosini.

Small ceilings I kept hitting my heat, ac wouldn’t stay cold it kept shutting off blowing regular air it’s 30 degrees Celsius you need cold air. Shower was leaking the whole room was so claustrophobic and small I couldn’t breathe properly. Bed was nice and large but small everything else terrible view and loud noise from the surrounding buildings ac units

A localização é perfeita. Bem próxima a ponte Rialto e parada do vaporeto. Tem restaurantes , pontes, atrações próximas. Deu ora fazer tudo a pé. Somente a falta de elevador na acomodação, são 34 degraus pra chegar ao quarto 7 e eu tenho 68 anos e sou cardíaca. Isso não foi legal, mas só isso. fizemos academia em plena viagem 😁😜😳

We had some trouble finding the check in office, but they allowed us to place our luggage inside our hotel before we walked there. We are in our 70's, so that was helpful! The Lion Morosini is within walking distance of all the beautiful, major sites. And the water taxis for the airport come right up to the alley walkway. The bed was comfy, which is an enormous plus, and the AC worked great! If you have trouble with stairs, ask for a lower floor. We were at the tippy top. :0)

This was the most unique place I have ever stayed, an older converted building right on the canal. Location is extremely close to the Rialto bridge which you can see wonderfully from the nearby dock. Lots of shops, restaurants and a market close by. The building is older, the rooms small but well maintained. Room had coffee maker and mini fridge and AC. To reach the hotel requires walking down a very narrow lane and unlocking a secure gated door which can be unsettling but common for Venice. Be aware there is no elevator.

The location was excellent, very close to the city center. The room wasn’t luxurious, but it was clean, simple, and more than satisfactory. Even though I don’t speak Italian, the staff were extremely kind, and communication was smooth. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience☺️

Balcony was STELLAR - conveniently located right on the Grand Canal. Checking in was tough as you have to walk a maze when you first get to Vnice and aren't familiar with the way things are laid out. A stressful start. But the room was decent with high ceilings and modern bathroom facilities. However, the shower was so small you couldn't help but touch the walls and we are not large people. Also, it owuld be helpful if they provided info on how to get watertaxis. We figured it out though. No elevator, either. But we were in Italy, for heaven sake - it was AWESOME!
