Bright, refined, spacious, with exposed wooden beams, in a strategic location and equipped with every comfort, this delightful apartment will make you spend an unforgettable holiday.



It is located on the first floor of a building with a lift facing the canal and consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a large fully equipped kitchen, a splendid double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with WiFi access, independent heating and air conditioning system, TV, hairdryer, iron and all the necessary kitchen appliances.



Very easy to reach, it is located 5 minutes walk from the vaporetto stop that will connect you with Marco Polo airport and other islands in the lagoon. Walking out of the apartment, in addition to encountering countless shops, restaurants and cafés, you can reach St. Mark's Square in 5 minutes, the Biennale Gardens in 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge in 12 minutes.



Check-ins are possible from 15:00 to 19:00. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 22:00 or €50.00 by 23:00. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.



The published price includes the commissions that are borne by the guest.

Beautiful apartment for people who enjoy eating out.

The flat is in a quiet side street of Castello with a supermarket and nice restaurants in walking distance. It is beautifully furnished and looks exactly like the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the shower works well. However, there are a few impractical details in the flat that are worth mentioning: - The kitchen equipment is very minimalistic and does not really allow for cooking. - The bar stools at the kitchen counter are so high that you cannot sit at the counter, but only next to it. This limits the quality of the dining experience. - The number of free sockets in the flat does not meet today's requirements. If you want to charge more than one electrical appliance per person, you have to organise yourself well. Despite the points mentioned, we enjoyed our stay very much, but would only recommend the flat to people who mainly want to eat out.
