位置很方便. 很近聖馬可廣場 及碼頭, 隨時回酒店休息一下都可以。酒店很整潔,浴室有暖氣, 工作人員十分友善。酒店對面是一家餐廳, 在那裡用餐也很方便和好味。只是酒店WIFI 不常收到。

位於小巷內，類似台灣的民宿，沒有導航不容易找到，離廣場不遠。大廳在二、三層樓高的位置，無電梯，行李多的人要列入考量。房內若要使用冰箱，好像要另外提出，並付費，我是沒有額外加。早餐原本訂房是沒訂，入住時向員工表示要加，隔天早上再向員工確認時，找不到前一天那位，另一位幫我們確認說沒有，只好去外面吃，退房時卻說我們是跟他說要訂，任何事要找他，因為我們沒吃，所以只收一半，但也要14歐！沒得談！ 連住兩日，中間員工有進房，但感覺好像沒整理，毛巾依然在原位，能讓我確定有人進來的就只有洗手台內的止水閥被拔起來丟一邊，不知什麼意思。還有一個缺點就是水壓很小，有段時間不知為什麼水龍頭沒水。

No Lift. You have to walk upstairs. A little bit hard if you carried many luggages. No reception but the guy is nice and helpful. Good hotel at this price in the Venice main island.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en Locanda ai Bareteri. En esta ocasión viajé con mi hermana en noviembre de 2025 y es un hotel que me gusta mucho por su ubicación y la amplitud e higiene de las habitaciones y baño. Al ser un hotel boutique en medio de Venecia, el único problema es que no tiene elevador, así es de que si traes maletas grandes, pide ayuda para subirlas a tu habitación. El personal es muy amable y nos auxilió con gusto. Indudablemente me volvería a hospedar.

Clean room friendly staff and great location…. But, we arrived late, from our flight in, and after we got to the hotel the lobby door is locked, luckily someone was leaving as we got there so we were able to get in and grab our keys. Room was clean but the bed was terrible, it was also loud in the streets at night. Everything in the bathroom leaked, shower, toilet, bidet, shower head literally came unattached from the hose. WiFi didn’t work, ac didn’t work, no elevator, no tv in the room. We didn’t mind these things that much, but just beware.

Excellent location, clean and easy to find.The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility as the rooms are located up flights of stairs with no lifts. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked our stay at Locando ai Bareteri due to it's location within Venice i.e. close to both Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, and competitive price it offered. We were not disappointed at all with our choice. We had two separate communications in the weeks leading up to our holiday, (queries about the hotel), and on both occasions received responses from hotel answering our queries. This in itself gave us a good feeling about Locando ai Bareteri before we had even arrived. The hotel itself was easy to get to, approximately 3 minutes on foot from the Alilaguna Vaporetto (water bus) stop at Rialto Bridge, and we were given a very warm welcome by Luca on our arrival. Our room was lovely, and importantly very clean. It had a large comfortable king size bed, as well as sofa and fridge. The bathroom had shower, bidet and sink. The only thing that the bedroom did not have, which we typically enjoy, was a kettle for making coffee/tea, but given we were 2 minutes walk from numerous restaurants and cafes, this was much less inconvenient than what it may have been elsewhere. It is worth mentioning that breakfast was on offer to us at Locando ai Bareteri (even being delivered to our room), we had decided we wanted to have breakfast in some of the numerous cafes close by as part of our Venice experience. We can definitely recommend Locando ai Bareteri to visitors to Venice. Positives include, location, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff and competive pricing. No negatives.

We stayed 2 nights, First night we had air-condition. Second night (final night) no air-conditioning. Could not get a hold of staff although they said they were reachable 24/7. Staff responded 2 days later advising they were at the bank. They knew we were leaving in the morning and didn't provide the air-condition and there was nothing we could do. once they have your money they stop responding. Be wary

The pictures were very misleading. Our room was very bare and the building shown in the main picture on Expedia website was definitely not the actual hotel. The hotel was in the middle of the street, but the picture showed what looked like a restaurant at the end of a building.

Great location, nice property. The only difficulties were 1. the stairs, we were on the top floor and no elevator, so it was almost 100 steps. 2. The water pressure of the sink and shower was very low. As far as the location, it was great, the host was amazing. Very easy to walk anywhere.
