Excellent location and amazing room at the annex building, it was beautifully decorated and looked recently renovated and very clean. We will stay there again. The hotel is just a few steps from the vaporeto water buses and the street right besides the Doge’s museum and the St Mark’s square and St Peter’s basilica, the best location ever! Walk everywhere!

The hotel was welcoming and in a great location ,easy to locate when leaving the water bus, small room but clean and comfortable ,Ideal location for all the places you would like to visit. Missed tea/coffee Facalities in the room. Breakfast was basic but suited us -pity the drinks were not hot ,not sure what happened with the coffee .
