Great location. The hotel is steps away from the water bus that took us to and from the airport. Walking distance to St. Marco yet tucked away in a tiny quiet street.

Perfect area! The staff was helpful since check-in takes places in another hotel. The breakfast is truly not breakfast (just cereal and yogurt), so just an fyi. But overall a great place to stay. Very spacious

Amazing! Super clean, the staff was beyond helpful and kind. Paloma (believe that’s her name) at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel great and welcome. Central location. Extremely clean. Will certainly be returning!

We chose a budget room and it was that. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. The location is unbelievable!!!! We enjoyed our stay here and would come back though we would shell out for a better room. Be warned though lots of stairs to Get in the room and you need to check in a nearby hotel.

Staff are exceptional, breakfast is truly continental, views of the canal are excellent, location is 5mins walk to San Marco square. It would be even better if there was a lift but after all the pizza and pasta, the stairs are good exercise! The staff help with the luggage upon arrival and departure. Once the dock is functional in February, that will be another bonus, otherwise it's a 5min walk (a little more with luggage) to the nearest dock.
