Ho scelto questo appartamento/camera esclusivamente per la posizione, si trova in uno dei miei quartieri preferiti. Purtroppo oltre la posizione non posso dare altre lodi: camera tenuta male con serratura rotta, ho dovuto tenere sempre la porta aperta portando con me gioielli, documenti e contanti . Il proprietario è assente non risponde manco per sbaglio al telefono. Non mi mai successo d’essere letteralmente ignorata, una brutta esperienza.

Horrible stay, worse owner

My stay was horrible. I arrived and was given a room worse than the one I had booked. The owner was unpleasant. I tried to speak with him politely about the issue, but he couldn't provide any explanation. He told me I had paid for the worst room and mentioned the price… but my reservation was €50 more than the bill he said he had. There was dust under the bed, no privacy because the wooden door meant to block light from the window was broken, and there were no curtains. The shower was yellowish. I have no complaints about the women working for him. Finding the apartment was difficult, and the entry instructions were confusing. Mi estancia fue horrible, llegué y me dieron una habitación peor de la que había reservado. El dueño un desagradable, intenté hablar con él de manera correcta por dicho problema y no fue capaz de darme una explicación, me dijo que había pagado por la peor y me dijo el precio… mi reserva era de 50€ superior que la factura q me dijo q tenía el. Debajo de la cama había polvo, no había intimidad ya que la puerta de madera para que no entrase luz por la ventana estaba rota además de que no había cortinas. La ducha estaba amarillenta. No tengo queja de las chicas que trabajan para el. Encontrar el apartamento es complicado y las instrucciones de entrada son confusas.

I'm going to start with the good... Location was great. Not too far of a walk from bus stop over the bridge. Most of the major attractions are in an easy walking distance away. There were lots of restaurants to choose from right outside your hotel door. The room waw old, but everything perfectly functional. I thoutht the old part added character personally. The bed was comfortable and shower worked fine. House keeping came everyday to clean. My main complaint really is how impossible it was to find this hotel. They didn't have anything up for a sign saying "Lovely Appartments" or anything indicating I found the hotel. Because apparently I found the hotel first try; I was right outside the main door, but I had no idea. I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but they never answered the phone. Finally I was able to figure out on my own that it was the hotel, and i miraculously figured out their weird key system to get through the gate and door. Then I get to my room and the keys to my room are just sitting inside the door so that anyone can grab them or go into my room. This is a huge security risk! What if someone was waiting inside my room? What if someone stole things out of my room and I get blamed for it? What if someone just takes my room (on purpose or accident)? I couldn't get ahold of the staff, so what could I do then? This hotel needs to get its act together and start acting like a hotel.

電話番号で登録したWhatsAppでは連絡が迅速で、質問に対しても丁寧に対応してくださりました。荷物を預けることも可能で、早いチェックインにも対応してくださいました。スタッフさんも気さくに対応してくださり好印象でした。室内に蚊が多かった点、住所を入力して出てくるgoogle map（事前に入り口の写真を送ってくださったので無事到着できましたが）の位置と少しずれている点、wifiがつながらなかった点、鍵が飽きにくい点など機になる点は数カ所ありましたが、設備やスタッフさんの対応、観光地から近いロケーションを考えて、この価格で泊まれるのは高評価になると思います。

We were late for check-in (after 6pm not like late night) hence we called and informed property. The address given was not very clear so we were not able to locate property but they did not respond to calls. Somehow after help of locals we reached property, there was no one to open door. We called, messaged, whatapped, knocked everything. No one responded. At the end we had to drop the property and hunt for another hotel with all luggage in our hand. Worst experience ever.

Hadde stort rom med eget bad og balkong: Usselt utstyrt kjøkken. Kopper uten hanker, slitte. Ett par glass til alle rom. Skitne møbler (sofa totalt utrangert) uhygienisk, ubrukelig hvis en skal dele rommet på tre, vi var kun to. En nøkkel for to personer er ikke godt nok. Fikk nye men de gikk ikke til alle dører. Dyrt for det en får. Beliggenheten er veldig fin, mulig at det veier opp for noen. Stille gater, hyggelig torg, færre turister, lett å komme til båten. Med en oppshining så kunne jeg valgt plassen igjen. Hyggelig kontaktperson som utleverte nøkler presis👍

The location of the apartment was very difficult to find for starters. And if there had not been another guest of the building in the vicinity to let us in, who had a similar experience, it’s unclear when we would have connected with the individual who was to provide us with our keys. That person also spoke no Italian and little English, making it difficult to communicate. Finally, the bathroom was not very clean and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. All in all, it was not a very pleasant experience.

Good location.

It was a little hard to fund(we walked past the tunnel twice) but once we found it we were happy. Comfortable and clean and quite a good price for being on the island. San Margarita Campo was good. Plenty of bars, restaurants, a supermarket and bank.

It's so overpriced. It's basically a hostel like the type of dirty accomodation which you could find in Cambodia. It's super dirty and the room does not match the pictures. It's located inside a not accessible patio in a building which you could find in a bad neighborhood like the Bronx in New York. It's far from the attraction and the personal was so rude. It was the worst experience in my life and I have travel quite a lot now. Please do not waste your money here.

The lady who greeted us was very nice. However, the hotel provide us a private bathroom, but is not in our room. We have to go out from our room, pass a corridor to use the bathroom, It’s not convenient. However, this feature is not mentioned in our itinerary.

非常に清潔で素敵なホテルだったが、チェックインとチェックアウトがわかりづらく残念だった。 チェックインでは、少し早めに着いたので、アーリーチェックインか荷物を預ける等できるかを聞きたくホテルに向かい、ベルを鳴らしたが誰も何も返事がなかった。何度鳴らしてもあまりに返事がないため、電話をしてドアの前にいることを伝えたら「少し待って」と言われ、その後もまたドアの前で20分ほど待った。(その後、電話とは別のスタッフが来てチェックインさせてくれたが、結局通常のチェックイン時間とあまり変わらなかった) 事前に少し早くつく旨を伝えられていなかったこともあるが、ベルを鳴らしてから結局40分ほど待たされたのは辛かった。もしチェックインの14時まで待った方が良いのであれば、電話の際にそう言ってもらえたら良かった。 またチェックアウトは10時だったが、時間になっても誰もおらず、電話したら「チェックインしたのであれば、部屋に鍵をおいて出てもらえればよい」とのことだった。チェックアウト時にスタッフの確認等が不要なのであれば、そのように案内するまたは貼り紙等で周知してほしかった。 ホテル自体は非常に良く、また上記のような問題はあったものの電話やスタッフの愛想もとても良いので、説明不足だけは改善してほしい。
