Room was a bit smaller than anticipated. However, the entire property was very clean, AC in the room kept us cool. Very helpful staff. Restaurant had very tasty complimentary breakfast. Conveniently located right by the public water bus stop so no carrying luggage for blocks which was a major plus. If I return to Venice I will definitely stay here again. Short direct walk to St marks square- maybe 5 minutes or less.

The location is great and like many older Venice hotels the property is old! So if you can live without a huge modern bath and tight quarters, I recommend this place Location, location, location

Fabulous staff-A+! Awesome balcony overlooking canal room with live saxophone player out my window every night! Big breakfast included! A/C worked great! Ideal location for everything, including boat transportation, gondola rides, St. Mark’s Square and more! Would stay again! Loved the hotel and staff!

不满意：服务设施
The only positive thing about Pensione Wildner is its location. Beyond that, our stay was a massive disappointment, especially given the $400/night premium price tag. The room was cramped to the point of being impractical- there was literally nowhere to set down our luggage. Basic amenities were practically nonexistent: no iron in the room, and the toiletries were cut down to a single all-in-one bottle for body wash, shampoo, and face wash. For four hundred dollars a night, cutting corners like that is completely unacceptable. Service at breakfast was just as frustrating. Although breakfast was included in our room rate, it was strictly à la carte with no buffet, and the restaurant staff made it abundantly clear where their priorities lay. We were largely ignored while paying walk-in customers received prompt, attentive service.
