The hosts were very supportive and responsive, always replying quickly, which made the check-in and check-out process completely smooth and stress-free. The location is very convenient: there is easy access to transport to the historic city, a nearby supermarket, and the centre of Mestre with banks, restaurants, and everything a traveller might need. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Free and convenient parking was also a great advantage.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was just as described, and a short walk to the bus/train. Fabiano was very communicative and overall, so friendly! I would definitely recommend this stay.

Great apartment near Venice

A nice apartment in Mestre, right beside a bus/tram line into centre of Venice. It is also close to the airport. It’s a perfect location, in a nice quiet area, with easy access to Venice. The apartment is perfect for a few days. It’s got everything you will need for a short stay, although towels and bed linen is pretty old and could do with being replaced. Fabiano was an excellent host, responding quickly to emails before arrival and he also met us in person at the apartment. He gave us plenty advice on local transport and the best things to do and see during our 2 day stay. Overall - a great apartment and location

Beide Betten (Doppelbett und Einzelbett) hatten sehr schlechte durchgelegene Matratzen. Die Matratzen müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden.Es ist gut, dass die Wohnung ausserhalb des Touristentrubels im Mestre liegt.

Richtig klasse Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alle total nett und hilfsbereit. Das hat mir wirklich gefallen. Würde in Erwägung ziehen nochmal dort zu mieten. Parkplatz für PKW ist auch vorhanden.

Sehr netter Gastgeber

Fabiano ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns Venedig rasch sehr gut erklärt und wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Stadtplan war besonders hilfreich. Danke dafür. Die Wohnung liegt gut nicht weit von einer Bushaltestelle/Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Die Tickets sind preiswert. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnung selbst ist ausreichend groß, funktional eingerichtet und sauber.

Gute Basis für Besuch in Venedig

Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Venedig zu besuchen. Vom Kollegen des Vermieters, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat, haben wir gute Infos (in Englisch) bekommen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ruhig und hat alles, was man braucht. Empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un lieu résidentiel avec des commerces de proximité (boulangerie, restaurants..). Absolute Begeisterung!

Sowohl der Vermieter als auch die Wohnung kriegen volle Punktzahl von uns (4Personen). Vorab hatte ich schon einen super Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir waren leider etwas früher da als geplant, was allerdings überhaupt kein Problem darstellte. Die Frau des Vermieters hat uns vor Ort empfangen, uns alles erklärt und nicht nur eine Stadtkarte mitgegeben sondern uns auch viele Tipps gegeben. Genau so stellt man sich einen absolut stressfreien Start vor! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Straßenbahn, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Supermarkt um die Ecke und auch noch einen Privatparkplatz vor der Tür. Die Wohnung war nicht nur super ausgestattet sondern auch wirklich sauber. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt! Durch die perfekte Lage konnten wir auch nachts nach Venedig reinfahren oder in Mestre spazieren gehen, ohne Angst zu haben, nicht mehr zurückzukommen (Der Nachtbus hält 10minuten Fußweg entfernt, wenn die Straßenbahn nicht mehr fährt) Mit gutem Gewissen kann ich diese Wohnung und vor allem diesen Vermieter empfehlen! Danke Fabiano! Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal herkommen!

Excellent host, fab location!

Fabiano is an excellent host. The property is in excellent location near all amenities. Tram stop is couple of minutes away which took us to Venice city. There is a supermarket nearby and a fab pizzeria. We asked the airport pick up and drop service. Stefano arrived on time and he dropped us as well while coming back. Fabiano was in the apartment to show us around and gave invaluable tips on how best to buy tickets and what to see in Venice. We managed to save quite a bit following his advise. We will highly recommend this apartment.

Appartamento molto luminoso e spazioso, il balcone permette di fare la colazione al sole e poi di godersi durante il pomeriggio dell’ombra. Si trova a solo 3 minuti di un supermercato, 5 minuti del centro di Mestre e a solo 2 minuti della fermata del tram che va fino a Venezia in 20 minuti. Idealmente situato per qualcuno alla ricerca della tranquillità dopo la folla di Venezia.
