With a modern and sophisticated design, this bright apartment is everything you will need for a relaxing stay in the true centre of Venice. It consists of an entrance, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, spacious living room with sofa bed with open space kitchen and habitable terrace. The apartment is on the third and last floor of a historic building near Campo Sant'Aponal, a stone's throw from the Rialto Bridge. It is located in the San Polo district, 3 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and its market, and 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square. A few steps away are also the Rialto and San Silvestro vaporetto stops that connect Marco Polo Airport, Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and a rental contract will be completed and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.

We were traveling to Venice for the first time with our senior parents. The two bedroom apartment was in excellent condition and everything was as described. In addition, we were very pleased with the convenience the location offered. The only drawback we would mention is that the beds were too soft, offering no support. This may be ok for younger travelers but not for us. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the apartment to others.

Stayed for 2 nights. Spacious and modern apartment. Bathroom was spacious but shower was on smaller side. Both rooms were spacious and adequately furnished. Would stay again. Apartment was on 4th floor, so may be a challenge for some to access.

Great location and very comfortable

Wonderful place. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows we've ever experienced. The only issue we had was the water heater stopped working. The property manager was quick to respond and walked me through a pressure issue and we corrected it. Worked fine after that. Overall, a great stay and beautiful property in a great location.
