Hotel is in a great location! The small bridge leading to the hotel is the spot for many people to take photos! While there is no staffed reception, Matteo was very prompt in replying to any questions! We also let him know that we would be arriving around noon and would like to leave our luggage until check-in time. He said no problem and, not only was he waiting for us to arrive and greeted us warmly and informed us that our room was ready!! We would definitely stay there again!

Nice location, a little difficult to find but Matteo gave us clean instructions on where to go. The WiFi was problematic while there, but eventually started working again. Only complaint was another guest had small children that ran through the shared lobby early in the morning. Other than that, everything was fine

We had a fabulous day only thing that was unique was the fact that we had to physically call on the phone to be let in because no one was in the lobby but once we got a hold of them, it was fine. We waited for about 15 minutes, but the weather was beautiful, but if it was a bad day for Weather, this probably would not have been as ideal.

Hotel was easy to find and get to. It’s a cute little hotel on a small canal. The room was clean and was pretty large. Only slight negative was there was no hand soap provided and no toilet paper holder so it was a little janky. The check in process was a little chaotic. Overall would stay again and do recommend.
