La vie à la Vénitienne

Très bon accueil de Sylvia et disponibilité constante. Très bel appartement, bien aménagé et confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement, un peu en retrait de la cohue de Venise, ce qui nous a permis de gouter pleinement la vie de quartier du matin au soir, et la douceur des parc alentour. À proximité de tous les services et du vaporetto. Fond de cuisine satisfaisant, casseroles et ustensiles pour cuisiner, un peu court, pour le reste tout est bien. Nous y retournerons et nous recommandons cet appartement et son hôte sans réserve. Jacqueline et Michel, septembre-octobre 2023

Alles bestens

Die Vermieterin war sehr höflich und zuvorkomment .Die Wohnungen ist sehr sauber ,es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen mehrtägigen Besuch braucht. Sie liegt erwas abseits vom ganzen Trubel.Bestens geeignet für Paare oder bis zu 2Kinder .In 10min ist man am Markusplatz. Alles im allen ,Daumen hoch !

Steal of a deal in Venice

We had a great stay for 3 nights in Silvia’s place. The location was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children; we were within a couple minutes walk of the vaporetto, a playground, gelato, groceries, and a bunch of reasonably priced delicious restaurants. The actual space was incredibly clean and spacious for our family. I would caution that the quality of the mattresses is pretty poor so this may not be the best place if you struggle with any back issues. That being said, everything else was great and this was a steal.

A delightful flat in a residential area.

Spotless and quiet. Away from the crowds near St. Marks but easy to access on foot or by boat. On the top floor of the building so not ideal for those with large cases or mobility issues. We loved it and hope to be back.

Einfach und gut

Persönliche Betreuung (Vermieter wohnen nebenan und kümmern sich darum, dass alles funktioniert, z.B. die Klimaanlage), gute Betten. Einige enge Treppen hoch, wirklich kleines Bad und Küche. Verdunkelungsläden an den Fenstern. Wenn man von den Schreien der Möwen absieht, ruhig. Nur wenige Minuten von einer Vaporetto-Station entfernt im malerischen Sestiere Castello gleich am Biennale-Gelände.

Parfait

Très bonne adresse pour visiter Venise. Reposant et calme après une journée non stop car a proximité des jardins de la biennale. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très agréables.

Off the beaten track

Off the beaten track and all the better for it. Very quiet but very easy access to major attractions. Good local shopping and eating. Hosts very pleasant and very helpful.

Silvia was very helpful. The apartment was lovely

Great location away from St. Mark's but easy access by water bus. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable apartment. Would recommend this to others and would stay again. Being a little ways away from St. Mark's (15 minute walk) was a great way to see some less frequently traveled parts of Venice.

Ruhige Wohnung in Castello

Die Wohnung im dritten Stock liegt schön ruhig, nur wenige Minuten zum Anleger Giardini und einer Geschäftsstrasse mit Supermarkt und Restaurants. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, und die Wohnung super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die schon durchgelegenen Matrazen, auf denen ich nicht gut schlafen konnte.

Superbe !

Appartement extrêmement bien situé (en plein coeur des Giardini), au calme, et en hauteur (avec vue sur les toits) ce qui lui procure une très belle luminosité. C'est un appartement très bien entretenu, bien conçu, et entièrement équipé. (avec une propriétaire très gentille parlant parfaitement français !) Accès à la Coop (supermarché) à pied en 10min ! Accès à la plage du Lido de Venezia en une seule station de Vaporetto ! (parasol fourni dans l'appartement) Nous sommes très satisfait de cette location ! :) Attention : proche d'un clocher, donc réveil à 8h garanti ! :p Mais cela permet de profiter entièrement de chaque journée ! C'est donc finalement un point très positif pour des marmottes comme nous... :) Merci à Silvia pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille

Appartement très agréable sans être luxueux dans un quartier calme mais à proximité de tous les centres d’interets. Conforme aux photos et au descriptif. L’appartement est lumineux et climatisé. La chambre en mezzanine parfaite pour des enfants. On peut tout faire à pied. Les courses et les premiers restos sont à 5 mn. L’arret de vaporetto aussi. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, serviables et l’accueil en français ! Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Sehr gut

Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz den Fotos. Es ist eine sehr süße Wohnung, für Vier (wir waren hier mit unseren Töchtern) völlig ausreichend und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist fantastisch: nah genug am Zentrum (um die Biennale zu besuchen geradezu ideal) und doch ein bisschen entfernt vom Trubel. Einkaufen ist unproblematisch, alles in Laufnähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten sehr schöne Oktobertage in Venedig und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Very clean.

Had lots of room. Be aware that it is on 3rd floor. Very convenient to vaporetto. Quieter area which is nice. Sylvia was great at communication and availability.

Nous avons apprécié la location et sa géolocalisation. Non loin du parc GARDINI et à proximité des commerces et de la place Saint Marc. Dans un quartier typique et tranquille. BONNE PRESTATION DE BONNE QUALITE. Nous y reviendrons.

Les propriétaires charmants. Appartement très bien situé. Pratique, vaporetto à deux pas.

Appartement simple, fonctionnel, literie à revoir c'est le seul point négatif !!!! Et avoir plus d'adresses pour diner le soir sans se retrouver dans l'éternel resto de touristes. Très bon séjour .

Perfect Appartement

Dear Sylvia, your appartement was perfect for us three. Very clean, very quiet, away from tourist pathway but also very near to the next vaporetto station, that brings you in only 2 stops to San Marco. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly book again when we come to Venice next time. It was nice to meet you and we will see us next time. (We also made, as you suggested, the trip to San Lazzaro.
