There is no human on the property. Everything is code entry. My room was spotless, and I eventually found the refrigerator and tea pot thanks to the WhatsApp contact person who also helped me get a taxi in the morning. However, I didn’t feel comfortable going in search of food because I did not feel like there was anything nearby. I liked the look of the property online because it looked like a villa. But if I ever repeat, I would probably stay at the airport hotel instead. Just for access to food. Also, Unfortunately the person in the room next-door to me departed around 4 AM and was very loud.

Brilliant stay! Highly recommend if you have a late flight (mine was after 00:00). The staff were so accommodating, even permitting a slightly later check out of 10:15 due to an issue with my travel plans. Everything was tidy, clean and cosy. You have everything in terms of amenities, including a little sink/hot drink set up. Will definitely stay again if I come to Venice. One thing to note is to take up the hotels offer of organising a taxi service for you. There were none of the airport taxis at the airport when I arrived, and when I did get one it was €66 for the 5 minute journey. The hotel will organise one for you for €20!

Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. We were only staying one night to be close to the airport. Very secluded location with only a couple restaurants within walking distance. Once which was closed even though their website indicated open.
Caution: make sure you book your taxi at the mentioned time by the host. I had requested a taxi and then was told to message back the following day at 9am. I forgot to message right at 9am and by 10am all taxis were booked. Apparently the time line for booking is very short and limited. We had to go to the airport much earlier than desired. Good news was the airport was open at 3am so we could wait inside.
