「What a lovely visit. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The grounds and pool area were well kept. Nice continental type breakfast. Staff was so kind. What showed here was that the staff are very proud of their property. It’s right across the street from Venice beach. Shops and restaurants close by. It’s been 40 years since we were there last. Don’t plan to wait that long to come back. Venice is a really nice community. 」

「We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice!」

「Recently build and open since May of 2024 I believe. Service was good and continental breakfast was a plus. Very nice place close to the beach and bay. Definitely recommend you to stay in here. Keep it up and many guests will stay here」

「The house is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. It is perfect for 5 to 6 adults, Michelle the property manager is knowledgeable about the area. Then it is so great that the backyard is covered so you can hang out by the pool without the bugs. They have everything you need for a day at the beach.」

「My friend and I stayed a week and loved every minute. We were surprised that Venice Beach was so close...less than 4 blocks. We liked the quiet and welcoming city. Met some great people. We didn't want a condo, so this was just right. It was clean which is most important.」

We only had one issue and that involved the A/C (it happens in that extreme heat) but Bishop immediately responded to me and had it looked at as quickly as possible and fixed!! Then checked back with me to be sure it was working right. Great guy who actually cares that you are comfortable at his property. Would definitely love to stay there again.」
