  • This charming four-person property sits high above lovely Ventnor, a delightful seaside town on the Isle of Wight. You’ll be perfectly positioned for making the most of the area’s natural beauty – the pretty esplanade, golden sands and crystal-clear waters of Ventnor Beach are just 0.5 miles away. Ventnor’s bustling town centre is brimming with independent shops, welcoming cafés and fine dining restaurants, also within 0.5 miles. Garden lovers won’t want to miss Ventnor Botanic Garden (1 mile), renowned for its subtropical plants and scenic walking trails. Nature enthusiasts can also uncover the hidden gem of Steephill Cove (1 mile), with its tranquil setting and charming beach huts. Keen to pull those walking boots on? Join the Isle of Wight Coastal Path (0.5 miles) for breathtaking hiking opportunities. Or, for a thrilling family day out, head to Blackgang Chine, the UK’s oldest amusement park (5.5 miles).


    After climbing 24 fairly shallow steps, (handrails on both sides) to this elevated property, you’ll be rewarded by panoramic sea views and lush landscapes. Step into the light-filled entryway, which feels like an outdoor extension thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows – wonderful for soaking in the scenery over the pretty front garden. Nautical decorative touches throughout the property bring plenty of charm. The spacious lounge and dining room invite relaxation with plush sofas and comfy chairs. To the left, the well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for culinary creations. You’ll have a convenient shower room (plus WC) on the lower level for a practical touch. Upstairs, the main double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a tiled effect floor. This room also boasts a stunning bay window with a view – fab for sipping your morning coffee while admiring boats drifting across the horizon. The bright twin bedroom has a charming vintage style and enchanting sea views.


    When the weather’s good, you’ll love making the most of the scenic front garden, where inviting furniture sets you up for al fresco dining or kicking back to watch magnificent sunsets over the water.
