Néanmoins, c'est un peu comme les burger du macdo, en publicité ça donne très bien, mais la réalité désillusionne, bien que chambre convenable. Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds. "Wir hatten ein super schönes Wochenende mit Freunden. Die Küche ist neu und optimal ausgestattet. Über Teller, Besteck und sonstiges Geschirr alles zu genüge vorhanden. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten und teils modernisierten Zustand. Check in und Check out erfolgte freundlich und unkompliziert, wir konnten am letzten Tag sogar bis zur Mittagszeit bleiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"The host was really fantastic, the communication with him was smooth and easy and he helped us quickly with the resolution of a WiFi problem. The house is so clean, good forniture, amazing kitchen and everything is brand new. Also our dog was happy to be there.If we will pass by Colmar again in the future, for sure we will come back to this property. Also because the strategic point to see all the cities around Colmar"

"The trip started very bad at the check-in, as there was missunderstanding about the SPA access. There is no SPA Access included on the price for hotel guests. You have to pay 35 Euros per Person if you wanna use the SPA. The front desk manager was very nice and she did everything possible to make us happy. Overall we had a nice stay and would come back again."
