Beaucoup de détails non indiqués dans l'annonce/mal expliqués : logements dans des étages et escaliers, jeux payants dans la grande salle, pas de serviette disponible alors que les photos en montrent. Le jacuzzi est à partager selon des créneaux d'inscription, pour l'ensemble de la résidence. Le logement reste propre avec un accueil bienveillant. Davantage d'explications auraient été nécessaires. "Très bon séjour en famille/amis. 1 nuit où nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avons tous apprécié. La dame qui nous a accueilli était très gentil, prévenante et sympa. Néanmoins, c'est un peu comme les burger du macdo, en publicité ça donne très bien, mais la réalité désillusionne, bien que chambre convenable. Mais clairement pas aussi spacieux qu'attendu, et l'annonce n'indiquait pas, je crois, le fait que le billard (la salle jeu en général) et le psa sont collectifs. Heureusement, il n'y avait...

Point négatif et non spécifié sur l'annonce, pente raide et marches métalliques pour rejoindre l'appartement ce qui n'était pas simple pour ma compagne handicapée mais pas en fauteuil. De plus, la literie était trop ferme. Bon point sur le jacuzzi qui etait le bienvenu après une journée de marche. Belle région à découvrir."

"A very nice hotel in a nice location. We had a restful sleep in a nice room. Easy parking. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great bar and restaurant area and a great breakfast. Great selection of cocktails and local Cremants. The spa massages were great as well as the pool and sauna. The only small, tiny improvement would be a hot tub. Would definitely stay here again."
