Beaucoup de détails non indiqués dans l'annonce/mal expliqués : logements dans des étages et escaliers, jeux payants dans la grande salle, pas de serviette disponible alors que les photos en montrent. Le jacuzzi est à partager selon des créneaux d'inscription, pour l'ensemble de la résidence. Le logement reste propre avec un accueil bienveillant. Davantage d'explications auraient été nécessaires. "

"Het verblijf viel niet echt mee. Het appartement bestaat uit een keukentje, eetruimte, badkamer, slaapkamer en tussenruimte. Er zijn slechts twee kleine ramen. Je ziet duidelijk dat de goedkoopste materialen zijn gebruikt om het appartement in te richten. Er waren ook vrij veel mankementen, de frigo werkte niet, de houder van de douchekop was gebroken, het koopplaatje warmde zeer traag op.... Te duur geprijsd voor wat het eigenlijk is."

"J'ai contacté Diane dans le but de réserver une chambre pour pouvoir fêter notre premier anniversaire de mariage. Ma demande était assez particulière et elle a très bien su répondre à mes attentes et même plus. L'équipe a été au top à la réalisation de cette belle surprise pour ma femme. Le logement était également sublime. Très beau lieu dans les hauteurs de Guebwiller en bordure de forêt. Emplacement très charmant et logements décorés avec goût. Différents électroménagers sont à disposition...

"We had a lovely stay at this property which was conveniently located relatively close to the ski slopes and had all the amenities we needed. While there was a language barrier we managed to break it with the help of translation apps on the phone and the communication and flexibility of the host were great. The only surprise was that we had to pay extra for gas/electric and sheets and this was not clear on the description. The host did let us know once we booked which was great and we were fine...
