Family Wedding

The house was amazing for our stay for a family wedding weekend. The location was perfect for a quick uber ride or walk to anyplace we wanted to go. Each bedroom was clean and comfortable! We also used the elevator to bring the luggage in. The cute outdoor space was a great spot for games and relaxing. We loved our stay in this beautiful house!!! Totally recommend this location!!!!

This is a beautiful, well appointed 5 bedroom home, perfect for a family of all ages, from an infant to an 80 year-old grandmother. The elevator makes the 3 floors accessible for all. The beach is steps away which was enjoyed by all. Even the weather was perfect.

Amazing stay!

This house is wonderful for family gatherings. It was well stocked with all the essentials, very clean, well maintained, and in a lovely location right along the beach. The owner and property manager were extremely gracious and communicative. We would love to come back again for another family gathering!

Beautiful Beach House

Our visit to Ventura at this home was great from beginning to end. The owners were very helpful during the booking process and the SunnyDays management folks were more than accommodating during our stay. The location is wonderful, close to the beach, trail and town. The home itself is large and airy, well stocked for anything you need, and the views from every room are stunning. All levels of the home have an outside area to hear and smell the ocean air. We hated to leave.

Great place

I stayed with five friends for four nights and really enjoyed the property. It was clean, the host was flexible with check in and out times, and it was the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation home.

Amazing Weekend At The Beach

This is a beautiful house that accommodated my whole family easily. We loved the kitchen/living room area! We felt welcomed by the owner and loved the neighborhood. Every room was comfy and then kids are already asking to go back!

Family celebration

This house was superb! Everything was lovely and so great for a family vacation. We did the channel Islands and this was a perfect place to stay. The only regret we have is that we couldn’t enjoy the house more since we were gone most days. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful Home in wonderful location

This was an absolutely stunning home in a wonderful location. Our host carefully thought through the needs of their guests and left plenty of beach-faring supplies as well as other household essentials (towels, pillows, blankets, body soap and hair product). The home is a short walk away from the beach and is within striking distance of local restaurants and nightlife.

The owners didn't miss any detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day weekend at this wonderful location! Only 5 houses away from the beach, lovely deck and patio with seating for all our family at the tables. Even cable tv with the Dodger channel! We can't wait to come back

Beautiful beach house

We rented this beach house for a late family Christmas. It is a beautiful home equipped with everything we needed. It was clean with plenty of space for our kids and grandkids. The best part was the location just steps from a beautiful beach. The weather was amazing sunny and cool. It was everything we wanted in a beach house. Would love to stay there again.

Beautiful Beach Home

This house is more beautiful than the photos! It’s close to the beach on lovely and quiet street and feels like a retreat. All the rooms are very private and everyone had access to their own space without feeling crowded. We loved the gorgeous kitchen and big dining room and living room for the family to hang out together. We also enjoyed taking the beach chairs down to the beach for sunset. Will come back!

Absolutely Perfect!!

This house was better than the pictures show! I brought 9 ladies with me for a health and wellness retreat and this place was perfect! Plenty of seating at the dining table and living area, great open kitchen with views and all of the necessary cooking tools needed for us to cook food for all 10 of us, all weekend! The beach was super close and every detail was thought out by the host. We will definitely be coming back here!

Perfect for building family memories!

The McCombs have spared nothing to make their home comfortable and welcoming, and the location couldn't be better. Ocean views from many rooms, restful balconies and porches, spacious gathering places, state-of-the-art kitchen, all steps from the beach -- it couldn't have been better for our family of kids and grandkids. Suzanne was most gracious in accommodating us and in understanding the needs of small children. We had a wonderful time and created many memories to take back to our 4 cities -- and are eager to enjoy their hospitality again next summer.

Perfect spot for all ages!

Our family flew in from MA and stayed with us for our wedding week (we got married in Camarillo) and there is something to keep any age entertained (6 kids ranging from 3 yo to 10 yo). The house is in the perfect location with easy beach access. The house itself is fantastic, and so are Suzanne and Susie. We were greeted by Susie upon arrival, who gave us a very detailed tour of the home, which was great! The elevator was a huge plus too for our suitcases and groceries etc. I would highly recommend it! Thank you for providing us with such a great stay. We had a blast!

Wonderful Beach House

This beautiful house is perfect for families or a romantic getaway. Views of the beach from the master balcony for wake up coffee or cocktails. We enjoyed this fabulous well equipped kitchen that serves a large family room for dining for two or ten. Our three generations were so comfortable in the midst of very detail that has been thought out for comfort, privacy and top quality. The elevator is a real plus for the beautiful new home away from home. Step out and walk right to the beach or just drive 5 minutes to grocery store. We will certainly come back again.

Nice big home by beach for family stay

Our family stayed here for a week at Christmas. Home is spacious & has open kitchen and great room for everyone to hang out & eat together. Kitchen had everything we needed for big & elaborate home-cooked meals. We had 2 young children in our group, who slept in a cozy little room off the master suite that may not be pictured. Some of the neighbors are anti vacation rental, so your group needs to be quiet, respectful, & mindful not to disturb the neighbors. This place is not for loud partying! Suzanne provided good communication & the facility manager Ignacio met us on arrival to show us around. No problems. Thanks, Suzanne!

Great family beach house

This was the perfect set up for our family bonding/beach trip. Everything we needed was provided.....sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of towels. The living space/kitchen where meals could be prepared without missing family conversation was wonderful! We rolled our eyes and laughed at the elevator when we rented this place 9 months ago, but it turned out to be Providential as my husband hip deteriorated to the point of needing a replacement. It was a lifesaver! Not to mention the convenience of getting ice chests and suitcases to the upper floors. The best surprise for me was the upstairs shower with a view of the ocean! Ha. Thank you Greg and Suzanne!
