“A little bit old fashioned, but very friendly and clean. Excellent Bed. Spacious and clean bathroom, could need a little fresh up. Good restaurant, excellent breakfast. Excellent and quiet situation. Near to different touristic places.”

“The other guests moving furniture upstairs late into the night - some rubber pads fixed onto the legs of the chairs to prevent them scraping on the floor could be a possible solution.”

“The staff was very friendly helpful. The room was huge, clean, quiet, wifi great, all the meals I had was tasty and well presented. I noticed that the service at the pool was very slow and it took forever to pick up the dirty dishes. I am not sure if the manager is giving enough guidance”

“Beat all of our expectations, and they were pretty high from reading the reviews! Accommodation is brilliant and has all amenities we could wish for. Great breakfast and we tried the lunch here last day, also superb. But the by far best thing was the staff. We were made to feel super-welcome and got great recommendations for dinners, winetasting and trekking. I've had the pleasure of travelling to some amazing places, oftwn combining work with some holiday - from South america, all over Asia,……

“My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Coopmanhuijs while in Stellenbosch. It was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and acommodating. The restaurant was outstanding. Our reservation included breakfast and we were able to order off of a menu and/or opt for the generous buffet. We also ate dinner at the restuarant and it was beyond delicious. (Springbok carpaccio!) We don't usually relax in common hotel spaces, but everyone was so welcoming that we did spend some time in the lounge……

“O apartamento era incrível. Tinha frigobar, microondas, cafeteira, talheres, pratos, copos.... Tínhamos um licor delicioso a disposição no quarto. A decoração do apartamento era de muito bom gosto. O único inconveniente foi a piscina que não estava apropriada para aproveitar, mas o jardim ao redor compensava. Muito lindo!!! O café da manhã estava delicioso, especialmente omelete que era aerado!!!!”
