Welcome to this charming recreational vehicle near Vernon. Guests will find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a well-equipped bathroom with a shower, and an additional living room space with a comfy sofa bed. Enjoyable AC, heating, hair dryer, and WiFi are provided for your convenience. Stay at this cool RV for a wonderful getaway experience. under the stars. Close to Holmes creek. The camper is on 40 acres, trails to walk on. Wildlife to view.
Panama City beach is 35 miles from this property.

40 acres with walking trails. You can bring your bicycles. Can bring a canoe for the river that's within 2 miles. Outdoor seating with plenty of wood to burn.
Other things to note
This property is secluded, you will drive down a sandy easement road.

The stay was great. It was a bit hot, it took 24 hours for the AC to catch up, but once it did it was very cool. Beautiful scenery and very peaceful. My husband and I are very allergic to poison oak so we didn’t explore around too much, but what we did explore was beautiful. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

Camping in the woods

The RV is at the end of a 1/2 mile dirt track that would have been difficult/impossible for a sedan to navigate. But talk about private, quiet, a lovely property, just wonderful!! Great heaters, (it was cold), excellent internet reception, hot water, gas stove and comfortable bed. Our dog loved it, plenty of run around room and a pond to swim in. A really good place to stay if you want a comfortable camping experience. I’m sure the stars were good for gazing but I was inside in the warmth. There looked like the track went aways and I wish I had more time to explore. There was a grill. It was clean and I would stay there again.
