“The safety latch on my room door was broken. The staff was very helpful and found a different room for me and got a cart and offered to help. The new room had a dried coffee spill near the fridge and the body wash in the shower was empty or broken- minor inconvenience. Overall a nice stay at a great price.”

“I loved the updated accommodations and friendly staff. I just wish I’d be surprised by something other than highly processed food for breakfast. It’s the new norm unfortunately.”

“The hotel wasn't even accepting reservations and Expedia booked me there. And I also paid a $9 insurance fee. Thankfully, I did not pay for my reservation in advance. I received no confirmation from the hotel or Expedia. The night before my departure, I looked for a confirmation and found nothing. I tried to call the hotel and the call went immediately went to voicemail with no outgoing message. The next day, when I arrived in the town and drove by the place, there was a huge sign out front……

“I work hard and needed the perfect relaxing place. We booked a night while we were passing through town and it was exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a Vermont establishment. The beer was great, the meatballs were literally amazing. At first I felt the price of the pizza was a bit high but after eating it I had zero regrets, worth it. Our room was above the bar and provided ear buds. We wouldn’t need them on this night because we may have been the only guests.……

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely……

“因为是带着孩子参加面试，所以找的是相对距离学校比较近的酒店。很小的酒店，没有电梯，房间也比较小，但是停温馨的。第二天一早遇上下了一夜的雪，边上一个老伯很热心地帮忙打扫车上的雪，特别温暖。附近不远就是一个购物广场，有沃尔玛，还有很多吃饭的地方。酒店后面也有，所以非常方便。”

“This place is amazing very unique Viking style and themed. surrounded by woods and hiking trails. They also have a special brand of sheep heard on the property. they did an exceptional job building and maintaining this place.”

“For the price this was a nice place to stay passing through Brattleboro. Everything was fine until an employee, without knocking, just unlocked our door and walked in at 10:40am and said “Check out”. Someone could have been dressing. We felt very rushed even though checkout was 11am. It took a lot of restraint to not verbally lay into the guy. Just make sure your extra locks are secured.”

“The customer service alone here makes me want to stay here time and time again! Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the A/C ran great and I slept like a baby all night with zero disturbance.……
