After a long drive from Kansas, we arrived at the cabin, wow just, wow!We couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay. It was close enough to the city and beach but in an idyllic country setting. The cabin is set in a relatively large estate in a park like setting, with a treed border and berm along the road. Incredibly quiet. The cabin itself looks rustic on the outside with a screened porch, complete with chairs, surrounding it on all four sides and a view of a quiet pond. Perfect for sitting and relaxing in the night air.Inside however, is bright, modern with cabin influences. The kitchen and bathroom couldn’t be more modern, complete with all necessary accessories and appliances, including a microwave and even a small freezer! It was stocked with all the necessities to host a small dinner.The closet was large enough to accommodate all the clothes you might ever bring.The hosts provided many extras to help the stay, among which was almost any kind of cooking utensils and serving pieces you might want, also extra blankets, pillows, sheets and towels.They are gracious, attentive and dedicated hosts.
