The property features two spacious bedrooms equipped with a king size and a small double bed respectively, together with a wardrobe with hangers in each room. The living room has a sofa-bed which opens to a small double bed. The place is ideal for a group of friends offering privacy thanks to its distinct areas or for a family. It can easily host 5 adults and 2 children. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and brand new amenities. All essentials are provided to make your stay comfortable (hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge and freezer for you to enjoy preparing your meals. There's 24/7 hot water and heating, and an A/C unit. All rooms have natural light and the windows have mosquito nets and shutters for a perfect night sleep. There's always free street parking in front of the property and a paid closed parking option within 400m. Also, there's a laundromat within 350m. A super market (110m), pharmacy (110m), bakery (80m), gym, and 24h open kiosks are nearby. Thanks to our perfect location forget about your car, you will only need it for excursions around the area! Marvel at the beauty of the Old Cathedral (100m) dating back to 1040 AD whenever you exit/enter the property. Our place is just between the Jewish Quarter of Barbouta with its Synagogue (600m), the oldest in Northern Greece and one of the oldest in the Balkans, and the traditonal Kyriotissa Quarter (400m) with its traditional mansions restored to host atmospheric bars and restaurants. The large pedestrianized downtown area (200m) bustling with elegant cafes, bars, restaurants, and a variety of shops to satisfy everyone, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation-awarded Veria Central Public Library (400m) and the large green area of Elia Park (600m) offering amazing vistas over the Imathia plain which turns into all shades of pink when the peach trees blossom, St. Paul's Altar (500m), the Clock Raktivan Square (350m), the Byzantine Museum (700m) and the Archaeological Museum (1km) are all within walking distance.
The brand-new Polycentric Museum of Aigai (11km) and the awesome Royal Tombs of Aigai Museum (11km) are a must-visit.
Perfect for ski enthusiasts since there are two ski centers in close proximity to Veria 3-5 Pigadia (35 km) and Seli (24km), the latter being the oldest ski resort in Greece.

Finally, the area is blessed to host some monasteries of great religious and historical significance. The Panagia Soumela Monastery which carries the Icon of Virgin Mary painted by Luke the Evangelist brought by refugees from Trabzon in the Black Sea in 1923 from the original monastery on Mt. Melas founded in 386BC. The St. John the Baptist Monastery-Skiti Verias operating non-stop since the 9th century.
