The numerous windows surrounding the room offer panoramic views of Verona's rooftops, making the apartment bright and inviting.The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and is perfect for a romantic getaway for couples or a pleasant trip with family or friends.Regarding parking, we recommend the Arsenale public parking located at Via Alfredo Cappellini, 2, which is a short distance from the apartment.For your comfort, we adhere to regional regulations regarding heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year. Transit in the restricted traffic zone is prohibited.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€65) is required.
At check-in, a damage deposit of €150 will be requested via credit card.
After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.
