Biggest room I can see in Verona
The service are very cosy. The front staff Marco and et. la. speaks very good English and respond to our emails before check-in very promptly. They offer very good advise on how to move around the city and also our not-so-common request of looking for good place to buy wine and grocery. They really know the city. It's very close to the shopping street and you can feel the holiday mood from day to night. Nice atmosphere. Big room (at a price), only that finding a place to park your car is a little problem. But the surrounding are great for tourist as lazy as us. The arena is just next to us, shopping and the river are close by. I can't ask for more. On the negative side: the price is a bit steep. And they can improve the cleaning a bit more e.g. we found a little coffee stink left on the mug. And the espresso machine do not work (leaking water from below). Quite Italian, not perfect, but you can still find something else to enjoy regardless.

WE a Verona al BIKE EXPO
In posizione strategica a meno di 100 metri dall'Arena di Verona, in pieno centro cittadino. Camera spaziosa e pulita, personale gentilissimo. Con due cani al seguito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e non hanno fatto nessuna difficoltà. Parcheggio pubblico a 10 minuti (cittadella).

The place is nicely located, nested within few steps from the Arena. Helpful and friendly staff. One concern we did have was the mold above the shower tub and the dripping off the ceiling. Unfortunately we were too tired to mention anything upon our arrival and we did not bring the issue to their attention.

Great boutique hotel in the center of Verona! We were 3 friends that stayed in the separate 2 bedroom apartment that was a short walk away. It had everything we needed and was much larger than expected.

Small but quaint 2 bedroom apartment. Not a lot of light/lighting (but we did go at the end of November - not sure what this would be like in the height of summer). Two steps in the apartment between bedrooms bathroom and the kitchen living room - to be aware of in case this is an issue for you. Building has an elevator but there is a small step in the hallway to get to apartment - in case this is an issue for some. Walking distance to many sights and pedestrian shopping area. Would recommend staying here.

Highly recommended
Spacious, comfortable room, fridge was a bonus. Lady on reception was incredibly helpful, she found us tickets to a show at the arena that night which we thought was sold out! Aircon was effective and quiet. No noise from street despite very central location. Perfectly located for arena, restaurants and sightseeing.

The hotel is centrally located, the suite was modern and very clean. The staff are very friendly, followed all Covid protocols, and provided insights into the local area including great restaurant recommendations.

This was a boutique hotel with spacious rooms that included a suite set-up of a living room and bedroom, along with a nice sized bathroom. It was only a few blocks from the center of town, so everything was within walking distance. The front desk woman was so nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Very central. Staff helpful. Room spacious and clean if a bit dark. Bed very comfortable. Looked onto main shopping street so a little noisy at times. Breakfast served in room very good. Ideal for us as a couple but if with group of friends and wanted communal area to meet up, may not suit as no bar/lounge.

The Escalus Suites are in a fantastic location just steps from the Arena and great shopping. Although the room we were in could benefit with a small freshening up. The staff were all excellent and provided us with an abundance of information about Verona, the sites, restaurants etc.
