“Alles war in Ordnung”

“The property is well located and close to all the major sites. The room was large and spacious and dealing with the host was very easy and pleasant.”

“I was a solo traveler. The room set up and kitchen access was perfect. The location was perfect for waking and touring the amenities.”

“Beautiful palazzo. Intimate boutique palazzo setting. Breakfast in the courtyard with chef Marco in attendance a truly personal experience. Excellent location 3mins from Piazza Bra and 5ms from the Arena for opera fans. Highly recommended.”

“El cuarto demasiado limpio, bello y amplio. La señora que nos atendió muy amable y nos ayudó en todo. Realmente te los felicito. La ubicación excelente.”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

There are a dozen or so stone steps up to the first floor. The staff were genial and helpful. Recommended.”

Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy. The biggest issue we had was the climate control not working, which……

“Not easy to get”

“Incredible good hotel with very kind service, comfortable room and good location.”

“服務很周到，就在熱鬧市區內，早餐是room service”

“The location was excellent! Easy walk to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and spacious for 3-4 people. We would definitely recommend.”

“The location worked really well for our 5 days holiday. We could easily walk to several great restaurants and local transit. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable . Staff was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Lovely hotel with wonderful staff and the location couldn't be better. Rooms are charming with an old-time feel. Great stay”
