“This is an exceptional place, full of character. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean and very quiet and comfortable. Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view. If you want to talk to a "real" Italian, this is the place for you! One word of warning: the Palazzo dates from the 15th century and has no lift , so the stairs are not for the……

“We appreciated the hosts taking our last minute same day booking on an expedia relocation after our previous location did not have working hot water. They were very kind and had the room ready for us a couple hours after booking. The place was beautiful, great location, and all amenities worked flawlessly. Thank you Bologna.Homes.”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

We have breakfast at the hotel every morning. We also had dinner one night at the hotel. Location is very good, close to central station and walking distance to all the major attractions.”

“飯店大廳非常的明亮寬敞，辦理入住時因為我到達時離可check-in 時間還差了兩個小時，但他們卻可以提早辦理入住，當然這是在我的房間已清理準備好的房間情況下，但我還是非常感謝飯店的貼心服務！ 從火車站出來，即使拉著行李走到飯店也是不遠，只花快十分鐘的路程。飯店附近的餐廳也有中國菜，離公車站牌也是四分鐘，非常方便。飯店早餐我沒有享用，所以無法提供意見，我非常推薦這間飯店。”

“Beautiful traditional home that is cozy, great location, and spacious. The only thing was, when we arrived, we were confused with the entrance of the building. Other than that, its located in the center of old town bologna and near the popular Bolognese place. ”

“This hotel is actually a student hotel. Location is good just near the Main station. There is a bar provide nice drinks even at mid-night. You can also refill water at the water machine for free.”

“The hotel is very easy to access from the Central Station. Despite its location, there is no noise from the street in the room. The room is very clean and the breakfast were excellent. Will stay again if visiting Bologna again. ”
