Lovely apartment, close to the beach and ammenities

This was a lovely little apartment and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. It was in a quiet location and just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. It was also only a 20 min walk to the train station with great links to Florence, Pisa and Lucca. The owner Franco was so helpful as we contacted him a few times about where to go etc. Viareggio was fantastic but would recommend going to one of the beach clubs if you want a day on the beach!

Il Covino stay

The apartment was further from the front of Viareggio than we normally rent, but this position proved advantageous due the parking availability outside the property. We struggled initially on arrival as the gate was shut tight, and we weren't aware of the release button on the back of the gate, but everything else was as expected. A few points to note, the shower was an issue as the shower head couldn't be held at height without manual intervention, and this therein caused for flooding of the bathroom floor through practice.. Also the bins seemed troublesome as not all the bags identified were provided, so we guessed a little and were perhaps not as 'green' as we'd have hoped. We also left waste in the bins on our departure which we assumed was covered by the rather high 'cleaning bill'? The apartment did have cobwebs behind the microwave which we discovered when plugging in the kettle/toaster - not as would have been expected for the deposit?/cleaning charges!

Schöne Wohnung..

Die Parterrewohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles zu bieten was man braucht! Die Verwaltung welche die Wohnung betreut ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Die Bilder sind wohl von der Wohnung im 1. Stock und nicht von der Parterrewohnung. Wobei diese Wohnung aber auch ganz toll ist.

Hübsche Wohnung unweit vom Meer

Sehr schöne, subere und gepflegte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ruhig gelegen nur wenige Hunderte Meter vom Meer entfernt. Hilfsbereiter uns rücksichtsvoller Vermieter stellte uns auf Anfrage alles zur Verfügung was für ein Baby gebrauchen kann. Gut ausgestattete Küche gibt einem die Möglichkeit sich sofort kulinarisch zu betätigen. Kurz zusammengefasst: wir kommen gerne wieder!
