「Staff and Manager were out of this world great as far as friendly, accommodating and helpful. Wish more places had this attitude. 」

The furnishing of the rooms are quite old, the bath rooms especially very basic. Breakfast area is good in outdoor garden. Dinner there is not acceptable, the food is poor and service bad.」

「I was super excited about staying at Liam's. The proximity to town was good and a safe walking distance. The pros are the staff, they are very accommodating and professional. The breakfast was good an they let you do modifications which allowed me to save food by only ordering what I wanted. I have crazy hot flashes so the fan next to the bed was a huge plus. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The cons are the air conditioning unit leaks very badly, hot water is scarce and I hate cold...

「Staff were excellent, cleaned the room well and were always nice. There is a lot of work that needs to be done with the property itself ie New Doors. The towels could do with replacing. The breakfast area isn't the best, but they could set outside as it's not been raining.Coffee wasn't the best. The breakfast could do with a few options being added. 」

「I have mixed feelings about this place. If your younger and like to stay up late boozing this is an awesome spot. On the weekends the bass from the bar kept me up till past 1 when they finally shut down. The bar pool area is also outside and there are many smokers. The bed was great, had mosquito nets which u will need. And of course the price was decent .」

「Overall the stay at this new hotel was great. The staff are all friendly and helpful, making the overall stay great. The staff are attentive and welcoming. Rooms are large and very neat. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was welcome. Hotel is about a 5min drive to Vic Falls. Would definitely recommend this hotel.」
