I had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Empress. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Victoria and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites
Underground parking included was a blessing. Amenities in room were excellent. Great location downtown near the waterfront was very walkable to restaurants and bars.

Close to the harbor and very scenic area. Bathroom light stayed on our whole trip. Could have nicer bed covering and sheets. The elevator scared us every time. we even took a video of the loud noise and thump when the doors were about to open .A little work on the property and a carpet cleaning would ...

Inn at Laurel Point
Outdated amenities, worn beds and sheets, no bottled water at midnight, and a room that was too small despite being booked for three made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, poor service and facilities did not match what was promised.
