Nestled between the Krkonoše Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise, this spacious countryside villa in Stupná is perfect for families or large groups seeking tranquility. It features a private garden with sweeping views of the hilly landscape, a private swimming pool for refreshing summer dips, and a terrace ideal for alfresco dining or sunset relaxation.

Explore scenic walking and cycling routes in the surrounding nature, or plan day trips to the Dvůr Králové Zoo (24 km) or historic Prague (100 km). In winter, hit the nearby ski slopes at Špindlerův Mlýn or Herlíkovice–Vrchlabí, both great for snow adventures. A public swimming pool and tennis court are available just 6 km away, adding more variety to your stay.

The villa is well-equipped with heating and a fireplace to stay cozy in colder months. There’s a barbecue on the terrace, a large enclosed garden where kids can play safely, and all the essentials for a comfortable extended holiday. With the nearest airport only 22 km away, your peaceful getaway is closer than you think.

Pfingstausfahrt

Ein schönes Haus mit grosszügigen Wohn-Essbereich. Pool war wie beschrieben und das Wasser sauber. Die Lage und der Ausblick war traumhaft. Leider wurden keine Handtpcher bereit gestellt. Bäder würden einer Renovierung gut tun. Die Zufahrt mit den Motorrädern war sehr abenteuerlich. In allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Gerne wieder.

The location is perfect for a quiet getaway yet with nearby attractions. The property is beautiful. The reason the is a four star review and not five star is because the property could use a few updates and maintenance. Also, with such a significant cleaning fee there should be no need to clean up and dispose of trash before leaving as is instructed at the property.

Check In lief problemlos. Auch Aus-checken ohne Probleme, alle waren sehr freundlich.Das Haus ansich auch super. Aber der Geschirrspüler war kaputt und nicht richtig nutzbar, Schimmel an mehreren Stellen im Haus und eine tote Maus in der Ecke. Das geht gar nicht.

Tolle große Wanderhütte

Das liegt sehr ruhig in mitten einen kleinen Park zusammen mit anderen Ferienhäusern. Diese liegen aber alle in einem akzeptabelen Abstand zu einander. Ich möchte gleich auf den Punkt kommen und zwar müsste das Bad mit der Dusche wieder mal renoviert werden und eine neue komplette neue Einbauküche mit neuen Geräten ist auch wieder mal fällig. Auch die gestellte Bettwäsche war zwar gewaschen trotzdem hatten einige Decken noch Flecken. Der Rest ist soweit alles in Ordnung gewesen.

Prachtig huis, mooi ruim

Prachtig, mooi en erg ruim huis. Prachyig dd houten details. Grote kamer en keuken. Zeer compleet, maar erg verouderd. Apparatuur deed het, maar met veel geduld en gebruiksaanwijzing. Was aan vervanging toe. Boven ook ruime, prima slaapkamers. Ruime badkamers. Echter wel een vocht probleem. Veel muren hadden vocht/ schimmel plekken. Bad lekte zodanig dat het water door het plafond heen kwam. ( zie ook recensie sept'22) Dit gemeld bij de eigenaar. Contactpersoon kwam, maar het kon eerst niet opgelost worden. Verder was het huis op het oog redelijk schoon, maar als je later goed keek was er veel stof/ vuil. Omgeving geweldig mooi!

Schönes Haus mit einpaar Fehlern

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in mitten anderer Mietobjekte. Es ist sanierungsbedürftig da sich bereits Schimmel an den Wänden bildet! Auch eine Grudreinigung wäre mehr als angebracht. Sauberkeit wird nicht gerade groß geschrieben.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Jugendgruppe dort, und haben es sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, und die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gemütlich mit tollem Ausblick und Pool

Wir haben bei bestem Wetter zu acht zwei schöne Wochen in dem gemütlichen Haus verbracht. Der ungeheizte Pool war bei der Wärme eine schöne Erfrischung und wurde täglich genutzt. Die große Terrasse bietet genug Platz für alle. Einige Zimmer benötigten beim Einzug nochmal eine Reinigung - das dürfte aufgrund der erzwungenermaßen bezahlten Endreinigung gerne verbessert werden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist größtenteils ausreichend - kleiner Hinweis: ein Handmixer ist nicht vorhanden. Der große Esstisch hingegen bietet sich auch für Spieleabende an. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Haus. Freizeitaktivitäten wie z.B. Zoo, Burgen, Höhlen etc. sind innerhalb max. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar.
