The staff here were amazing during our stay! After our concert was cancelled they all helped boost our spirits with our own little concert in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel after the experience we had with the staff there!

Basic hotel, newly refurbished, a bit out of the way. A bit noisy, bed OK. Staff great. Basic dining options at hotel, soup is great. Other restaurants nearby. Easy and quick to get downtown or to trains. Good value for cost.

A nice hotel close to family who we were visiting. Also near a variety of transport (tram, train and taxi). Breakfast was excellent. I’m not sure if there were issues with the heating but my room was boiling and I heard other people say theirs was freezing. I slept with the window open due to the heat (even though it was icy cold outside) and personally found the road noise too much and it disturbed my sleep. In the grand scheme of things these were minor issues really and if I’d used earplugs I probably would have been fine!

This hotel is very new and decorated with mostly reporpused or recycled materials, to reduce waste and pollution. It's very cosy and modern, and our room was very comfortable and clean. It's probably not the closest option to stay near the city center, but the area is so well served by public transport, we never felt this was an issue. Also we felt safe at every time of the day and knew we could have a drink in the hall of the hotel in case we didn't want to stay out until late. Very good option!

BED SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED WHEN ASKED I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT!! I HAD EVIDENCE SO I KNOW THEY WEREN'T CHANGED I DIDN'T MIND CHANGING THEM BUT FOR A GUEST TO HAVE TO CHANGE THEM IS 100% WRONG EVEN IF I WAS OFFERED HELP ITS NOT THE POINT BUT THIS WAS THE CLEANING CREWS FAULT NOT THE FRONT DESK A GUEST SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHANGE THE SHEETS!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS ALSO LIGHTS WERE OUT IN MY ROOM TOTAL DARKNESS FUSE BLEW OR SOMETHING AND THE DAY BEFORE THE BATHROOM LIGHT WENT OUT WHEN USUNG HAIRDRYER THEY FIXED THAT TOO WHEN I GOT BACK AFTER BEING OUT ALL DAY NOT A BIG DEAL THEY QUICKLY FIXED THE ISSUE HOTEL IS FAR FROM THE CITY CENTER BUT THERE IS A TRAM RIGHT OUTSIDE SO THATS VERY CONVENIENT TO TAKE TO A MAIN METRO STATION PROS NICE HELPFUL RECEPTION CLEAN AREA

Modernes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service

Ein modernes Hotel, aber alles andere als steril. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Das Bett hat gute Matratzen, die uns gut schlafen ließen. Wir kamen nach einer 10 stündigen Autofahrt an und bekamen noch eine Gulaschsuppe serviert

Nettes gemütliches Hotel

Ein super nettes Hotel wenn man nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringen möchte. Man hat alles kompakt. Das Bad ist super nice. Ein etwas größeres Nachttischen würde ich mir vielleicht wünschen und einen runterklapparen Tisch wo man den Koffer raufpacken kann. Aber sonst Betten mega bequem, Dusche top, Service top, Frühstück lecker. Komme gerne wieder!
