「Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money.」

「I love it. Will book again. Clean room, staffs are very nice. Check in was very easy. Walking distance to the river front night market. Hotel is also across from a good restaurant too. Breakfast is very good. Dining area is very clean. Great hotel 」
