"We arrived early, and the receptionist was incredibly warm and helpful. We were greeted with a welcome drink, offered an early check-in and a room upgrade for a small, reasonable fee. What a great start!
The room was spotless and cozy, with both a shower and bathtub, hot water, complete toiletries, and a super comfy bed with soft pillows. The AC worked perfectly.
As soon as we arrived, two staff members came out to the road, greeted us, took our luggage, and made us feel truly special — it felt like they were waiting just for us!
Check-in and check-out were smooth. We asked if we could store our luggage for four days (even though we weren’t returning to stay), and they agreed with zero hesitation. They even invited us back for a free drink when we return — amazing!
Breakfast was impressive: a wide variety of continental and authentic Vietnamese dishes, a live counter, fresh food, and friendly service.
Location is top-notch — near the lake and in the heart of the Old Quarter, with everything walkable. For the price, this hotel delivered beyond expectations. Truly a royal experience!

"The hotel is gorgeous & our room was fantastic! The hotel is within walking distance to the lake, the night market, great restaurants & bars, and shopping. But what truly made the stay great was the staff. Everyone was warm & friendly, and eager to help. Prem & Jerry were both amazing, Prem from the moment I booked the hotel until we left, and Jerry from the moment we walked in the door until we left the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!!"
