"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "The main restaurant in the hotel, food was excellent ( when it eventually came) the service was poor for the standard of the hotel and the cost of the food. Ordered drinks didn’t arrive starter course took 40 minutes not offered an apology or even a courtesy drink ( poor). Ordered a soufflĂ© for desert and came frozen !! . Generally though the spa was excellent as was the room, however it would have been nice to have a complementary bottle of water in the fridge. "
