「Tout était parfait, le personnel est vraiment à notre écoute et disposition, les messieurs de la piscine sont vraiment d'une grande gentillesse et serviables, le restaurant propose vraiment de très bons plats, et le cadre est juste magnifique pour un moment de détente et plaisir. 「The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots.
Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed.
Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「A wonderful lovely place to stay!! Clean room, property, dining area, pool. Everything about Royal Hotel was amazing. Staff were lovely and helpful and the meals were delicious and interesting and the setting inside and outside for dinner and breakfast were wonderful!! Thank you thank you so much!! We recommend and would go back again.」
