"Castelfranco Veneto is beautiful! Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff was fast and efficient. The room was comfortable but the bed was too hard and some furniture need repair. The breakfast had a nice variety and cappuccinos were delicious. The hotel is set in a beautiful, historical area where you can find several cafés, restaurants and lovely shops. We would definitely go back to Hotel Alla Torre!!!"

Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. "The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke. "Lovely facility, well decorated and refurbished. Very helpful and communicative staff."

"This newly renovated property has the latest in tech—everything is automated from your phone. It has a gated place to park your car and is very convenient to the Venice airport. There are some nice restaurants and coffee shops in town within 5 minutes walk but it’s quiet and there’s no traffic to fight. We had a great stay the night before our flight out."
