Muy descuidado, completamente falto de mantenimiento, las camas muy malas y tamaño matrimonial a pesar que la información claramente indica camas queen size. Quien nos recibió muy grosero al hacerle notar esta discrepancia además de que están ahí en la recepción nada más platicando, fumando, escupiendo y hablando con groserías sin importarles siquiera la presencia de mi hija de 6 años. El cuarto con conectores salidos, una de las camas ya tan vieja que casi es acostarse en el suelo. El Tumpling con una pata doblada, el muro de escalada ni siquiera son para quitarle la maleza que le ha crecido. Sobras de varillas, maderas y lonas viejas a la vista e incluso en los caminos. Nunca volveré a este lugar, pesimo en todos los sentidos.

Me gustó la atención del personal; en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de lo que necesitara y lo que les llegue a pedir inmediatamente me ayudaron como con más cobijas porque la habitación es fría como en prender la chimenea y llevarme más carga de leña, hasta prestarme copas o llevarme los alimentos a la habitación. La habitación es sencilla pero en realidad no se necesita más ya que tiene lo esencial en cuanto al mobiliario, hicieron la limpieza los días que estuve, agua caliente, creí habría bichos ya que hay mucho campo pero no. Lo que deberían cambiar es el horario de la cocina ya que al no haber muchas cosas cerca del hotel por lo menos que tengan un horario más amplio (a las 7 pm del domingo quería un café y ya estaba cerrado) Y por lo mismo que no hay nada para hacer en la noche podrían meter algo para entretenerse, ejemplo una sala de juegos (mesa de billar, mesa de hockey, ping pong, juegos de mesa, etc y si el restaurante se cierra aquí mismo podrían meter bebidas, botanas y café por lo menos)

NO EXISTE EL HOTEL

EL HOTEL NO EXISTE EN EL CENTRO NI EN LA DIRECCIÓN QUE MENCIONAN. OTRO HOTEL QUE SE LLAMA XTREME CAMPING ESTÁ A 10 KILÓMETROS DEL PUEBLO (21 MINUTOS POR CARRETERA)

El lugar muy bien, el estacionamiento no esta pavimentado. llegar es el problema, la carretera secundaría esta llena de baches y justo la entrada del pueblo donde se ubica es terracería.
