「Super comfortable, clean and beautiful room. Best choice for those travel by car. Only need to add a door-closer device to the door, since nobody really pays attention to "Close the door lightly" sign. 「Serena was extremely helpful! It’s conveniently located between 2 tram stops & you can take the tram from the airport for less than 2€! This place is about a mile walk from the Duomo, which is great for me but something to consider. Personally, I liked that it was a little bit away from the more congested touristy spots. The room was very clean, with vaulted ceilings and an effective air conditioner. The blackout shutters were FANTASTIC! With them closed, my friend and I did not know if it was...

「部屋はとても清潔でした。私はその点をいちばん重要視しているので、とても快適に過ごせました。バスルームが広くて使いやすいです。部屋には電気ケトルとエスプレッソマシーン、冷蔵庫もあります。また、ドライヤー、アイロンも備え付けてありました。チェックイン前後に荷物をロビーに置いておくことができます。中心部からは少し離れていますが、バスやトラムの停留所までは10分以内ですし、とても静かなエリアなので騒音もありません。ホテルのスタッフとのやり取りはオンラインのみでしたが、特に不便はありませんでした。おすすめです。」

「I did not see anyone/ employees. I did not know how to get open front door. Another guest told me to use QR code. Luckily my phone works in Florence, the first time (to get second floor access). When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel.」
