“Hotel breakfast was very limited with pastry only. Parking was included in the booking but the reception tried to have us pay 15 euro per day. No air conditioner is definitely a downside.”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Hoxton Florence. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless and beautifully designed. We booked a room with a terrace and an outdoor tub. While we didn’t use the tub since it was winter, we absolutely loved spending time on the terrace. December weather in Florence was gorgeous, lots of sun and comfortable with just a light jacket during the day. “Super comfortable, clean and beautiful room. Best choice for those travel by car. Only need to add a door-closer device to the door, since nobody really pays attention to "Close the door lightly" sign. “The staff are all kind and helpful. The room is nice and clean. It will be nice to have more soft bed and soundproof window as the railway is quite close. Overall is nice. we would love to visit again.”

“I did not see anyone/ employees. I did not know how to get open front door. Another guest told me to use QR code. Luckily my phone works in Florence, the first time (to get second floor access). When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel.”
