「Francesco was amazing from the time of booking with giving restaurant recommendations and the easy online checkin. Communicated everyday for options for breakfast and provided everything we needed would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Hotel was clean and so was the room and very easy to get around in the area. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has so much charm and the owners/operators were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. They also provide a very nice continental breakfast. Major attractions are walkable from the hotel but some may find it a stretch. Fortunately it is very handy to the tram line. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Super comfortable, clean and beautiful room. Best choice for those travel by car. Only need to add a door-closer device to the door, since nobody really pays attention to "Close the door lightly" sign. 「Really lovely hotel, nice staff and great service. Room was really nice, very comfy bed. Breakfast ok- limited choices in the buffet and no menu for hot breakfast. The outside courtyard was so lovely, perfect for an evening cocktail. Location good, you can walk into the centre of Florence within 15 mins. 」
