「The hotel is located at a hillside, which is quite difficult to find a way. However, the staff are really nice and informative. They showed my the best way to visit the florence by car. The hotel is also lovely and the garden is full of fruit and flowers. Everybody are welcome to relax in the garden. I am gald to be there and enjoy my holiday at there.」

「Perfect host and even better apartment 」

「Great location, just walking distance to places of interest AND including the train station Sta Maria Novella where tours start from. Around 8 to 10 minutes walk, depending on ones mobility. Soggiorno is also on a quiet location but restaurants abound close to it. BUT what makes me and husband return here and recommend is Oscar who is truly an amazing host. He went well and beyond to make us feel at home. Very welcoming and kind and made sure we are always ok. Love the coffee and breakfast...

「We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is new and everything was clean and proper. Super close to the tram so it is very convenient and easy to get to the city center. The elevator wasn't working properly when we were there, but there aren't too many stairs so it wasn't an issue for us. I was worried at first because there aren't any reviews here but don't let that fool you! I would highly recommend to stay here, we absolutely loved it and the cleanliness of the place! 」
