The location on the river was beautiful, the property had a private rooftop which had the most beautiful panoramic sunset views of Florence. The location was very close to everything, far enough away from Ponte Vecchio that you weren't in that mass of people and a quick walk to pop over the river to explore the area of Santo Spirito. “Newly furnished in a central location. Bed a little too soft for us, and more hooks to hang towels and toilet papers would have been nice. Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. No reception desk so communication with staff was always remote, although he generally responded within 10-20 minutes — ok with us but not ideal in case of emergencies. In general a pleasant stay. Would recommend to people with high mobility,……

“The reception area and the rooms are strangely separated and located in different buildings (or at least from different entrances if in the same building) and there is no segregation/security measure at the main entrance to the rooms which are are on the 1st and 4th floors as there maybe other occupants on the other floors (although there is a segregated door on the room floor with room key to get through). The shower area is stuck and the water wouldn’t go away and almost flood. And after……

“酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕”

“was very surprised to see the huge apartment! Complete with full size fridge, stove, dishwasher! And full grocery store within five minutes. We loved cooking breakfast in our unit! Also found a "99" store (evetything was 99 cents) so our kids could buy random toys at minimal cost! And really central location so we walked evetywhere!”
