The property is Ina great location - shopping right outside your door. It was clean and Bob checked Ina few times to make sure we were ok. We had booked for a balcony unfortunately our place did not come with it. Just confirm when booking. Other than that the place was great! Local restaurants nearby.

We appreciated the small elevator. At night, it was a bit loud from street traffic, however the Host supplied ear plugs which helped. The location was fantastic, as just a short walk to nearly everything. They even had the pull out couch pulled out and made up very nicely. A very comfortable mattress and super linens and towels too. We highly recommend this Host and property!

Fantastic location, just along from the Ponte Vecciho bridge. Really good area, less touristy than the other side. The room is spacious and has a beautiful large balcony with a nice view. Recommend

Loved this place - a real gem. Once you figure out the codes to the building and location of everything - you are set. They are really good with communicating with WhatsApp and AI bot is perfect. The only issue is 6 floors of older elevator but once you figure that out you are good. The location is perfect.

Very impressed with the communication! One night, other guests were talking loud outside when it was already past 10:30 pm. I messaged Bob (it turned out to be his AI sidekick), the bot let the local stuff know and the noise stopped 5-8 minutes later. We were able to get a good night sleep! The place is in the middle of everything- shops, restaurants, and museums. About 15 minutes to the train station by walking. We also appreciated the in-unit wash machine so we have clean clothes when we left. It has a kitchen, refrigerator, and stove. The management is very thoughtful by providing international adaptors. Overall, highly recommend!

The pictures do not depict the property correctly. Walls are damaged and dirty, there are no accents (vases), no rug, etc. It wasn’t to the level we would expect for a hotel with the reviews it receives.

The location was excellent. 10-15 mins walk from several major attractions. The bathroom could use some updates. The extended luggage storage hours is very useful, but you'll have to carry the luggage up one floor on the bldg B.
