Beautiful & peaceful hotel mit great food&service!

Beautiful and peaceful hotel with great service, great food and very kind management! We have been here the 2nd time and we plan to come back for a 3rd trip. Its super relaxing, clean, very nice architecture and a lot of places to visit around (even though Montemurlo isnt the most interesting place, but that doesnt matter).

Just wonderful!

Spent six nights at I Vivai Hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful and friendly, the rooms were clean and modern, and the pool area was very relaxing with a good vibe. The location was perfect—just a few minutes' drive to the village with everything you could need, and within easy driving distance of Florence, Siena, Pisa, and more.

A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend.

Oh how we love i vivai. We stayed here last year and we knew we just had to come back. The place looks amazing, the staff are really friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the food by the pool is the best and for us the most important thing. It is super clean! I have asthma and have a hard time finding places i can stay in. But this is excellent. We are at our second stop in italy now but we miss i vivai already! They could learn a thing or two from i vivai! Wish we never left!

The property was outstanding. The hotel staff were always very helpful and everything stayed very clean. The hotel good was remarkable. I will definitely be going back to I Vivai whenever I travel to Italy again.

I can't say enough about how beautiful the grounds and scenery are. The staff were all incredibly polite and our room was spacious. The only issue was arriving to a room full of mosquitoes, and we woke up with a bunch of bites despite keeping the windows and door closed. The rest of our experience was so good that I'd still recommend it without hesitation. Just maybe pack extra repellant!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we stayed in Suite 4 and it was amazing, so much outdoor private space and huge room with kitchen/living area too. Small downside is there was just a big empty space where it looked like a TV should go on the wall opposite the living area, would have been better to have a TV here than opposite the bed. Weather was bad when we went so unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool but it looked lovely. Restaurant was fantastic, food was delicious - only small criticism was the limited choice for breakfast but it’s to be expected when it’s continental breakfast. Staff were all lovely and went out of their way to assist whenever we needed them.

Fint hotell med nydelig uteområde og basseng. Dessverre har servicen blant de ansatte gått ned fra vi besøkte i fjor. Også veldig mange som ikke bor på hotellet som tar mye plass ved bassengområdet og tar over bassenget uten å betale og har med seg medbrakt mat og drikke.

Freibad mit schöner Übernachtungsmöglichkeit Das Positive vorweg: es ist alles sehr sauber, gut gepflegt, modern. Auch das Abendessen ist gut, das Personal stets bemüht. Und insgesamt ist es eine schön konzipierte Anlage. ABER: das ganze ist öffentlich und liegt zwischen Industriegebiet und Schnellstraße. Der Pool ist JEDERMANN gegen einen zu kleinen Preis zugänglich und gleicht dadurch eher einem öffentlichen Freibad als einer Ruhe Oase. Die Autos kann man vom Pool aus nicht nur hören, sondern auch zählen. Die Lage hat auch nichts mit der Toskana zutun. Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet, somit sind Weitblick, Natur, magische Sonnenuntergänge, kleine süße Dörfer Fehlanzeige und Florenz zu weit entfernt (1h). Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings erwartet man bei so einem Schein kein Rührei aus einem Warmhaltebehältnis, und schon gar nicht ein frisches Omelett oder frisch gepressten Orangensaft nur gegen Aufpreis. Insgesamt wollte das Hotel gefühlt überall dazuverdienen und seinen Schein auf Bildern wahren. Würden wir wiederkommen? Nein, wenn der Pool weiterhin für externe Gäste zugänglich bleibt, da einfach Urlaub nicht mit Freibad matchen. Wenn der Pool nur noch den Hotelgästen vorbehalten wäre, vielleicht, aber da dann maximal auch nur für 2-3 Tage, da die Region verglichen zu anderen Teilen der Toskana einem einfach nichts bietet.

Wir haben uns im IVivai sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und Modern, die Mitarbeitenden stets freundlich. Die Umgebung von Montemurlo ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Prato oder Florenz. Der Pool ist ausreichend geräumig und ringsrum mit Olivenbäumen bepflanzt. Das Highlight war das Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und frischen Eierspeisen und Porridge a la Minute.

Qualité inégale ! Literie pas top, végétation luxuriante et très bien entretenue, piscine à débordement propre et de grande taille mais personnel stressé (sauf la réception Sandra et Alessandra sont aussi énergiques qu’efficaces). L’endroit est magnifique mais une 4-voies passe à proximité!

Virkelig lækkert hotel med gode muligheder!

Vi havde tre dejlige nætter nær Montemurlo, bussen stoppede få minutters gang fra hotellet, og der er rig mulighed for en masse aktiviteter omkring og på hotellet, såsom vandretur i bjergene, besøg på vingårde, og dagstur til Firenze! Værelserne var virkelig flotte, store og rene, og vi havde vores egen terrasse med udsigt til bjergene i området. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker, og restauranten på hotellet var også god!

War zwar nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft war aber alles in Ordnung. Schöner Parkplatz am Gelände direkt neben dem Hotel. Check in sehr freundlich, Zimmer war sauber, Heizung hat funktioniert, Warmes Wasser, sauberes Badezimmer, bequemes Bett, Fernseher mit Smart View übers Handy möglich, Eine Flasche Wasser wurde gratis zur verfügung gestellt, ausreichend Platz im Schrank für Kleidung, Frühstück mit qualitativ hochwertigem Essen , Check out unkompliziert.

Led nelle stanze

Ottima struttura di recente costruzione. Colazione di alto livello che bada molto di più alla qualità che alla quantità. Unica nota negativa: la camera assegnatami ha al suo interno numeri strumenti con led molto luminosi e intermittenti. Tra questo sensore fumo sul soffitto, interruttori luci, luce emergenza. Troppa luce che non mi fa dare le 5 stelle alla struttura di pregio. Per chi desidera buio durante la notte è un problema.Problema già sperimentato più volte durante le mie precedenti permanenze presso la struttura. Inoltre la porta d’entrata ha una tenda oscurante che non oscura perfettamente la visione esterna( sopratutto chi è sul passaggio pedonale frontale del hotel). Piccole cose ma che fanno la differenza.
