“No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.”

“Receptionist was not very friendly, the room was a bit smelly. ”

“Clean room, good service and good location ”

“Very comfortable hotel.”

“The receptionist is very helpful and polite. The room is exactly same as photo. You can see the Duomo. Not much food selection in their snack bar but you can still buy the pastry within 3 mins walking. Safe for solo trip. ”

“Personally there’s a safety area in Florence and the views of the room is pretty.”
