「Our stay at this hotel was frustrating. The listing did not make it clear that an “External” room meant the bathroom was a SHARED single bathroom located on a different floor from the unit. While the staff was friendly and agreed to treat it as a private bathroom for an additional 10€ per night, the bathroom still remained unlocked and accessible to others. The room itself had extremely thin walls, and we could hear everything from the neighboring unit’s bathroom. The towel set was worn out,...
