「飯店離車站有點距離，走路8分鐘到電車再坐2站才會到車站。有飲水機還有氣泡水很棒，房間也大，服務人員很好，只有一個中年大叔很沒耐心態度很差。床是偏硬的」

「Very near from Firenze S.M.Novella station. Hotel Staffs are kind and friendly. Hotel entrance faced to the street seems a little bit not a hotel like but it is actually a good hotel. If I will plan to go to Firenze again, this hotel will be a candidate hotel.」

「There was a fridge and AC in the room which was nice. Check-in desk was friendly, we actually checked in like an hour early and when checking out we checked out 15 minutes late, not charged and were able to drop our bags with a bathroom available in the lobby. The area felt safe at night and there was nothing to complain about.
