「This is a lovely place to stay in a wonderful location central to everything in Lucca. The room was clean, spacious, well decorated and importantly air conditioned (needed in that august heat!) Valentina was so friendly, she was attentive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and happy guests. We would recommend staying here 😍😄」

「The apartment is newly remodeled and in good condition. The bed is comfortable and the location was also very good. The low rating os 100% due to the poor communication. We received a message via Expedia asking us to check in online - with no link. They provided a WhatsApp number, which we texted and received no reply. We called and they helped us over the phone, but zero communication via WhatsApp, email it Expedia. Finally they emailed the check in info and when we arrived the front door...

「Lugar feio e sem nenhum conforto. Feito para ganhar dinheiro. Móveis garimpados em estado pessimo. Porta do box e do banheiro que não fecham direito. Tudo arranjado. O pior lugar onde fiquei. 」
